CityZen is a meditation and koan practice group in the Pacific Zen school led by Rachel Mansfield-Howlett Roshi. We hold in-person and zoom meditation evenings, silent nature walks, koan salons, half-day meditation events, 7-day silent sesshin, and private meetings with a teacher.
