CityZen is a meditation practice and koan group in the Pacific Zen school led by Rachel Mansfield-Howlett Roshi. We include all ages, abilities, faiths, genders, and ethnicities, and sexual preference. We hold weekly meditation sessions via in-person and zoom programs as well as silent walks in nature, half-day meditation events, 7-day retreats, and meetings with our teachers. Contact rhowlettlaw@gmail.com to receive meeting locations, zoom link, or to be added to the CityZen list group.
