CityZen is a meditation and koan practice group in the Pacific Zen school led by Rachel Mansfield-Howlett, Roshi. We hold: in-person and zoom meditation evenings; silent nature walks; koan salons; half-day meditation; 7-day silent sesshin; and private meetings with a teacher.
