CityZen is a meditation and koan practice group in the Pacific Zen school led by Rachel Mansfield-Howlett Roshi. We hold weekly meditation evenings as well as silent walks in nature, half-day meditation events, 7-day silent sesshin, and private meetings with a teacher. We include all ages, abilities, faiths, genders, and ethnicities.
